One of the most important factors when considering a counselling service, is "Who can I trust?" to
confide in and provide a solution to some of the innermost feelings and emotions that I am experiencing
right now. In order for you to begin to trust in SG Counselling, it may help to find out a bit more about
how this counselling company first began...
My name is Sara Gordon, and in 2007 my life was turned upside down when my husband died suddenly. I sought help from a variety of counsellors, some which helped a lot and some that I struggled to connect with.
As I grieved and tried to make sense of my new life, and find solutions for myself and my young children, I felt counselling made me feel supported, pro-active and empowered.
This experience changed my life and with the realisation of the importance of 'good' therapy and lack
of counselling services available.
As a result of my successful counselling I decided to leave my job and re-train as a counsellor in order to help and empower others, I also gained so much personally from the extensive training I received.
