As a fully qualified, child protection and NI checked counsellor, at SG Counselling you can expect a counselling service in Ballymena that meets your needs, with the assurance of regular supervision from industry experts. We provide you with a counselling service on a one-to-one basis either in Ballymena or a rural location. In addition, facilitate evening and weekend appointments.

Offering one to one sessions addressing a variety of issues and problems, providing a confidential, comfortable, safe place for you to reflect and concentrate on yourself and your life experiences without judgement or pressure. Elements used include:

- Person centred
- CBT
- Psychodynamic counselling

These approaches are used to tailor each session to meet your individual requirements. It is encouraged that you move at your own pace and direct the counselling sessions in the direction you feel most comfortable.

At the heart of successful therapy is the relationship between the client and counsellor. If you don't feel at ease with your counsellor it is time to find another one!

Arranging an appointment...

When you call to arrange an appointment you will speak directly to me, we can arrange a time and place which is suitable to you.

On arriving at your first appointment we will take a few moments to discuss a contract between ourselves and I will explain in greater detail a little more about myself and the service I deliver.

When you feel comfortable and at ease, we can begin to build a therapeutic relationship with the aim of providing therapeutic change in your life.

Mon - Fri : 9am - 9pm
Saturday : 9am - 5pm

Cost is a fixed rate of £35 per session.
